Our Mission

Equal Play creates inclusive sports opportunities for children ages 6-12, with and without disabilities. We do this through developing adaptive sports programs together with sports clubs and sports federations, as well as organising awareness raising events on inclusive sports.

Our goal is to ensure every child can experience the joy, connection, and growth that come from sports.

Inspiration

“My journey toward true inclusion began as a mother to two amazing boys, each with different needs. I quickly saw the challenges of creating environments where all children, especially those with special needs, are genuinely welcomed and supported.

While one of my sons easily fit into typical sport activities, the other encountered more barriers in being fully embraced. This inspired me to create Equal Play—a sports initiative where children of all abilities can thrive together."
