Inclusive sport in your neighbourhood

Sport together,
grow together.

Equal Play builds inclusive teams inside existing sports clubs. Children with and without a disability train, laugh and win together — in their own neighbourhood, where they truly belong.

Real impact, in numbers.

Since we started we have grown every season. Every training is a new chance to play together.

Our approach

Three pillars that turn a team into a home.

We don't build alongside existing clubs, we build within them. So inclusive sport becomes ordinary — week in, week out.

  • Playing together

One team, one kit, one match. Children with and without a disability train side by side every week at a club around the corner.

  • Attention for every child

We look at what each child needs to take part. Our inclusion support workers work alongside the club’s coaches to ensure every child feels welcome, can participate in their own way and has room to grow.

  • More than sport

Friendship, confidence and truly belonging. What starts on the pitch carries on far beyond it.
